Eyhan Çelik (d. 1993, Ceylanpınar), 2015’te Marmara Üniversitesi G.S.F’de Fotoğraf bölümüne girdi ve 2019’da mezun oldu. Lisans eğitimine devam ederken birçok karma sergiye katıldı, disiplinlerarası çeşitli atölyelere dahil oldu. Fotoğrafları ve kuramsal içerikli yazıları sanat ve eleştiri ekseninde yayım yapan dijital dergilerde yayımlandı. ‘Bana Hikâye Anlatma’ (2018), ‘Base’ (2019), ‘Faust’ (2019), ‘Women Street Photographer’ (2021), ‘Trieste Photo Days’ (2021) gibi sergi ve festivallerde yer alan Eyhan, 2019’da Daire Konuk Sanatçı Programı’nın Mersin ayağına katıldı. Urban Photo Awards’ta (2021) finale kaldı, 212 Photography İstanbul’da (2021) Jüri Özel Ödülü’nü kazandı. Başlıca eğildiği kimlik, hafıza, aidiyet, kültür gibi kavramlar aracılığıyla bireysel ve toplumsal kent yaşamının kesişim alanlarını keşfe çıktığı çalışmalarında, fotoğrafı, düşünsel, teknik ve kuramsal boyutları ile bir arayış alanı olarak benimser. 2019’da Marmara Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Enstitüsü’nde yüksek lisans eğitimine başladı, halihazırda İstanbul’da yaşamakta ve eğitimine devam etmektedir.

Eyhan Çelik (b. 1993, Ceylanpınar) has entered the Photography department at Marmara University F.F.A. in 2015 and graduated in 2019. While continuing her undergraduate education, she has participated in many group exhibitions and in various interdisciplinary workshops. Her photographs and theoretical articles have been published in digital magazines that publishing in the axis of art and criticism. Eyhan, who took part in exhibitions and festivals such as ‘Bana Hikâye Anlatma’ (2018), ‘Base’ (2019), ‘Faust’ (2019), ‘Women Street Photographer’ (2021), ‘Trieste Photo Days’ (2021), she also participated in the Mersin city section of the department ‘Daire Konuk Sanatçı Programı’ (2020). She made it to the finals of the Urban Photo Awards (2021), and won the Special Jury Award at ‘212 Photography Istanbul’ (2021). She adopts photography as a search field with its intellectual, technical and theoretical dimensions in her works where she explores the intersection areas of individual and social urban through concepts such as identity, memory, belonging, and culture. She has started her graduate education at Marmara University, Institute of Fine Arts in 2019, and she currently lives and continues her education in İstanbul.
